Michael Bebault
Having mastered his culinary skills on the remote west coast of Vancouver Island in Canada,
Chef Michael Bebault relocated to Costa Rica in 2003. Chef’s culinary philosophies fit perfectly
with the abundance of fresh ingredients available in our central Pacific region. From our farm
fresh produce and free range eggs, to “just caught” seafood, Chef Mike is able to provide a
deliciously memorable experience for the guests at Toji.
