Evelin Chavarría Enriquez

Evelin has been a part of the Toji family even before Toji existed.  Her managerial skills and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to our team. Born and raised in Costa Rica, her and Chef Mike’s children attend local schools that our community also tries to support however possible.  Evelin is a passionate and outgoing leader by nature, and she is currently taking classes to become an English teacher!
