Yin Yoga
Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments and joints with long-held passive floor poses. The static hold creates a beautiful introspective and meditative space where both mind and body can find calm and balance. Great choice after a long day of adventures!

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a transformative practice focussed on the connection between movement and breath as you flow through the poses. Due to its active yang nature Vinyasa helps to improve strength, balance and mobility. Get ready for a challenge and be prepared to sweat. But don't worry, this class can easily be adapted to the level of the participant.

Yoga Nidra
Experience a deep state of physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the practice of Yoga Nidra, a technique that takes you to the threshold between sleep and wakefulness to access a deeper level of awareness where you can relax consciously and tap into your unconscious mind to awaken your inner potential. This class is a great add-on to Gentle Yoga and Yin Yoga.

Macrame Class

Danielal teaches the creative and therapeutic practice of macrame art. Absorb the calming energies of nature while you learn a variety of knotting techniques. Daniela is the owner of EntreNudos and her work has been commissioned and displayed in hotels and galleries all over Costa Rica.


Price: Price includes keeping the artwork, so varies depending on what design is chosen by the group / what materials are needed (approx. $80 per person).

Temazcal Sweat Lodge

Visit Temazcal Sanador, where Eduardo invites you into his hand built Nilpi, the structure where he conducts his Temazcal ceremony.  With water and herbal medicine poured over hot stones throughout the multiple sessions, Eduardo guides you in traditional and connective chants and song to cleanse your spirit and heal your soul.

Guided Regenerative Farm Hike

Visit our growing regenerative agriculture food forest, and walk one of the trails on our protected wildlife nature reserve. This educational guided hike will teach you some basic principles of regenerative practices, connect you with some native species of Costa Rica, and introduce you to the diverse and circular ecosystem where Toji resides.

Guided Nature Hike

Take a walk through Toji’s private nature reserve guided by one of our thoughtful Toji leaders. This guided discussion offers a serene walk through the rainforest, a visit to our natural spring and rock pools, and many unique educational observations on parallels betweens nature’s processes and our own personal and professional practices. Learn about how Toji is growing and how it is trying to incorporate human activity and natural resources into one synergistic ecosystem.

Manuel Antonio Tour

Your picturesque 2-mile hike will take you to one of the beaches named “most beautiful in the world” by Forbes Magazine. Experience the lush rainforest behind you, white sandy beaches below, and crystalline blue waters. During this refreshing 60-minute stop. Have your camera ready, as your knowledgeable guide sets his trained eyes on diverse flora and fauna for you to capture along the way. Additionally, take advantage of the Pentax and Swarovski telescopes the guides are equipped with, to make those images in your memories and photographs even crisper.

*If using a rent-a-car, please discuss with concierge regarding parking upon arrival to Manuel Antonio.

Adventure Tours

Nauyaca Waterfall Tour / 4x4 Truck Ride

These majestic waterfalls are one of the main attractions of the southern region of Costa Rica; not only for their natural scenic beauty, which offers the tourist moments of recreation and fun, but also to participate in different activities such as swimming, climbing, jumping and to observe much of the beauty of the tropical rainforest. Nauyaca Waterfalls is the ideal place, not only for those in search of tranquility and nature, but also for thrill seekers and adventure lovers.

Price: $32+tax (Guests must pay at office upon arrival / no pre-booking).
Duration: 3/4 day.
Includes: 4x4 transportation to the waterfall property and right of admission.
Times: Every hour, we will book a time for you. *Important, guests must arrive 15 minutes prior to their tour reservation time. (Leave Approximately 1 hour 45 minutes from Toji).

Zipline / Canopy

Zip Line adventure starts on a 15-minute ride aboard a specially designed tractor. Once you reach the top, the bilingual guides will explain step-by-step all the safety procedures you must follow to enjoy your tour, then descend to the bottom on the zip lines, including 12 platforms and 10 cables with a total cable distance of 3.5 kilometers, among them the longest cable in the Central Pacific (2400 ft.)

Horseback Riding

Our guests will be greeted at the barn located steps away from gorgeous Esterillos beach which is only about 1⁄2 mile from Toji. Here they will match you with one of our beloved horses, adjust your equipment and give you basic instructions on how to ride properly with confidence. Once you are all set and ready they will take a private trail to the beach that is one of the largest stretches in Central America, crossing little rivers and riding where the jungle meets the ocean. The horses are trained by a professional equestrian instructor that uses natural horsemanship.

Naranjo White Water Rafting

Class III and IV rapids.
This tour provides a wild day full of adventure and excitement. Upon arrival you will receive a safety briefing and suit up to hit the rapids. This tour is a challenging experience perfect for seasoned paddlers. With steep drops through the mountains of Quepos and jungle gorges, you are sure to see incredible scenery. Your tour guide is a trained professional in first aid, water rapids rescue and mountain rescue. This river rafting adventure allows you to tame class III rapids. After you finish your run you will be served with a delicious homemade lunch.

Participants should be physically fit. Minimum age 10 years old.
Price: $95.
Duration: 3/4 day.

Surf Lessons

Feel the magic of the ocean by riding the waves with professional instructors. The surf lesson begins with safety instructions, basics of surfing, paddling techniques, standing up on board and finally catching waves! Each instructor will meet your needs to give you a life experience you won’t soon forget.

Price: Surf Class: $60 pp (2-3 person groups). Hourly board rental: $15 for 2 hours / Daily board rental: $30 for daily rental (non-refundable, same day cancellation policy).
Includes: Professional instructor, surfboard.

What to bring: swimming suit, sunblock lotion, water and a tee shirt or rash guard if you have one. Duration: 2 hours.

Damas Island Estuary Boat Trip

This tour allows you to navigate through the wonders of the unique Costa Rican mangrove ecosystem. You will float along the calm currents under a verdant forest canopy. Make sure you keep your eyes wide open so you can spot the uncountable bird species, reptiles, anteaters and white-faced monkeys. While you silently observe this amazing habitat, your guide will offer explanations about the flora and fauna found in this incomparable region. The Damas Island boat trip takes you through the natural canals and provides an ideal opportunity to observe many birds such as herons, kingfishers, ospreys and frigates birds. As you navigate through the brackish waters you can catch glimpses of the island as you pass beneath tunnels made naturally from tree growths, and admire this small sanctuary of nature. Lunch is served after the trip. The Damas Island boat trip does not require previous experience.

While you silently observe this amazing habitat, your guide will offer explanations about the flora and fauna found in this incomparable region. The Damas Island kayaking tour takes you through the natural canals and provides an ideal opportunity to observe many birds such as herons, kingfishers, ospreys and frigates birds. As you navigate through the brackish waters you can catch glimpses of the island as you pass beneath tunnels made naturally from tree growths. This tour takes you across the waters for approximately 2 hours; lunch is arranged before or after the trip. The Damas Island kayaking tour does not require previous experience. *The kayaks are available for 1 or 2 passengers.
